Listing your house. When your home is ready to hit the market, I will handle all arrangements for cleaning, high-end staging, luxury photos, and promotional videos of your home. I will ensure that your home is prepared to show at its best and with my print and digital marketing, it will get the maximum exposure to achieve maximum results. Once it’s on the market, I will update you daily on any activity and interest in your property.
Reviewing Offers
Before receiving offers, I proactively engage with interested buyers’ agents to negotiate the best terms and prices. As offers are received, I will confirm the strengths and investigate the weakness of the leading offers with the buyers’ real estate agents and loan agents. I want to ensure that when we review offers together, you have all the information you need to make the right decisions.
Overseeing escrow process
Once in contract, I meticulously oversee the entire escrow process from start to finish with thorough communication and diligent follow-through with all parties involved. Managing your transaction with integrity, honesty, and professionalism is of the utmost importance to me. You can be sure that I will make all efforts to meet the objectives we have set for this transaction by the time we are ready to close escrow.
