Whether this is your first time buying a home or you just want a refresher, let me put your mind at ease by explaining the home purchasing process and the roles played by all the parties involved. We will also walk through the contracts and terms you will come across and the current market analysis so that when we find the right home, you can sigh with confidence. Lastly, but most importantly, we will explore your needs and wants for your new home and discuss possible neighborhoods that fit your criteria.

Shopping for the right home. I will immediately scour the market for listings fitting your criteria and keep you informed as new listings hit the market. I will then use my expert knowledge and experience to analyze each listing that interests you. We can discuss possible treatments for common conditions like termites, foundation, and repairs, among others. If you are open to the idea of enhancing the property, we can discuss altering the floor plan and other remodel work along with the estimated costs. For any issue that may arise, I can use my extensive network to find the right solution.

Placing an offer

Now that we’ve found the perfect home, it’s time to place an offer. I will start by providing you with an analysis of recently sold comparative homes, walking you through the disclosures and home inspections report, and explaining any unique circumstances about the property or seller’s requests so you can make an informed decision. I will carefully prepare the necessary documents for your offer and negotiate the best possible price and terms on your behalf.

Overseeing the escrow process

After I successfully put you into a contract for your new home, I will continue to drive your purchase through the escrow process by working closely with all parties involved and maintaining open and frequent communication. You can be sure that I will make all efforts to meet the objectives we have set for this transaction by the time we are ready to close escrow.
